Ženska torba je veoma važan predmet u garderobi. Psiholozi kažu da se po torbici može odrediti priroda, hobi i još mnogo toga o njenom vlasniku. Istina ili ne, ali o nerazdvojivosti devojke i ženske tašne smišljaju se anegdote, pa čak postavljaju i spomenici.
Najpoznatiji spomenik ženskoj torbici nalazi se u Italiji, Pijemonte u pokrajini Kuneo. Ovo izvanredno delo u vidu skulpture ženske tašne, Španija je predstavila 2013. godine na sedmom bijenalu parkovske skulpture Parco del Castello Reale.
